I like it
I saw the review, but with all due respect didn't pay any attention to it since he or she didn't due diligence. Green Tea contains caffeine. I take it once a day in the AM and I do fine.
Not for me.
I was very excited to try this due to a lot of positive reviews on other sites but I didn't realize just how much caffeine was in it. Two doses, one in the morning and one around noon, made me nauseous, dizzy and horribly jittery! I am sensitive to caffeine but wow- it was a very unpleasant day, and the unpleasantness lasted into the next day, too. If you can tolerate caffeine really well then this might work for you but I won't be taking it again.
