DIM (100mg) Description from Olympian Labs
Men have estrogen too (not just women), and the more your body has can actually decrease your testosterone levels.

Olympian Labs Diindolymethane (DIM) converts strong and damaging forms of estrogen into weaker forms so your testosterone is protected and your balance of testosterone to estrogen ratio is in check.

Research shows higher levels of testosterone and low levels of estrogen have been linked to lean muscle mass, an efficient fat-burning metabolism, and low abdominal fat.

Great Results!

I have been having increasing problems with low testosterone, and related sexual dysfunction for several months. Endocrinoligist told me to lose belly fat, and I did drop ten poounds in about a month with little positive results. I'm 63, lift every other day, take vitamins, and protein shakes every day. I tried the botanical with no luck, and decided to give DIM a try. I take it three times a day, and like magic, my ability to have morning erections, and pretty good sex has returned. I think it suppresses the estrogen in my body, not sure if it is raising my testosterone. I'm not feeling stronger in the gym, and it would probably require steroids to see that happen. My hormone levels will be checked next month, I have to think they will be higher.
