Be careful of BCAAs, they are classified as excitotoxins. Are definitely linked to Alzeimers and other brain related diseases.... do your research. Taking them in this form is much different than getting them in Whey, in which they are peptide bound. Be careful, highly recommend to avoid. Good luck....
