Poor taste however it is very effective

I purchased the fruit punch flavored one. Dissolves fairly well if you put some effort into mixing it. The taste was not as great as others. At first it's ok, the aftertaste is like that of new tires. However it does help you focus in a cardio workout. After a long day, I did my P90X Plyo X late at night. Without it, I would have been done halfway through. With this stuff I felt like I could have done another round. Felt focused with clean energy, not tired and not wired. Hydration before and after is the important though. Other than taste, this is great for cardio days.

after burner

this the only 1 geared to cardio, it tastes great and even better, it actually works. If your playing football, basketball, soccer or any other sport were you need to be fired up and running sprints you need this especially if you are working out more than an hour. Best pre-workout period and it even helps on weight training days or cross-fit days. If your looking to be in the zone from start to finish look no further. Its my secret weapon.

Awesome Boost!

Cardio Igniter has to be one of the best pre-workout mixes I have ever tried. Aside from being the best tasting fruit punch PWO mix (and I was never a fan of fruit punch anything), it gives me that little extra to push a little harder and go a little longer, especially when I workout very early in the morning. And it's not just for cardio! Works just as well right before weight training too. I love the fruit punch, but the watermelon and blue raz are great too!!
