Great pre workout for low carbers
The taste certainly isn't something that will make you crave a swig anytime soon. Compared to some pre workouts, protein shakes, health smoothies, etc., it is decent flavor. Just wish they offered more than the one flavor.
It's the perfect ratio of carbs and MCT fat to utilize if your using TKD as part of your workout regime.
Cant even get a spoonful down.
Great if you are cutting carbs
Awesome way to get energy while cutting carbs out of your diet. I take the recommended dose 30 minutes before I work out.
