Animal Omega Overview

Universal Nutrition Animal Omega contains a well-balanced and ultra-concentrated essential fatty acid (EFA) blend consisting of omega-3’s and 6’s that your body not only needs, but requires in order to build lean muscle mass and maintain overall health. In it you’ll find a rich blend of flaxseed, salmon, cod liver, herring, anchovy, mackerel and sardine oil that provide the omega-3’s ALA, EPA and DHA. Animal Omega delivers these essential omega-3’s from a variety of rich sources, so you’re able to get all the micronutrients, vitamins and minerals from each as well as the different potencies of both EPA and DHA, which many other omega-3 supplements lack.

Animal Omega also has a complex blend of omega-6’s from borage, safflower, evening primrose and sesamin oil. These healthy omega-6’s provide a natural source of GLA and other inflammation reducing fatty acids that can help support a lean, muscular physique. The enzyme lipase is also included so your body is able to properly break down and utilize these essential fatty acids. If you’re looking for a premium EFA supplement that is formulated specifically for bodybuilders and athletes, Universal Nutrition Animal Omega is the perfect supplement for you.

Animal Omega Description from Universal Nutrition
WHO WE ARE in 1983, Animal was founded with the birth of Animal Pak, the venerable training "pack" that started it all. Born from the needs and desires of pro bodybuilders. Animal has grown over the decades. Today, Animal has stood the test of time and been proven in the trenches day in and day out, The name stands for trust, integrity and a no nonsense approach to the game. WHAT ANIMAL OMEGA IS Trim the fat… Yeah, bodybuilders have shunned fat, for good reasons too. Truth is, there is a class of fats that are not only important, but absolutely "essential". Without these critical fats you wouldn’t make any gains, let alone survive. Animal Omega takes these special fats and custom-tailors it specifically for the hard working lifter. Whether you're adding mass or trimming body fat. Animal Omega can help. Animal Omega. It's the last and final word when it comes to EFA supplementation.

Complete Omega in one packet but theres a catch

Great product but realize it has carnitine. I dont recommend taking this before or after a caffeinated preworkout drink or pill or if you drink coffee.

Fish burps

Good product but fish oil is not enteric-coated. Not worth having fish burps. Will build my own stack instead.

seems like a money grab now

Think about it. The omega fats is something you SHOULD get from your diet. The animal pak, animal flex, and even animal PM, are just vitamins that you probably couldn't get through diet (I mean, how else do you get glucosamine? ) For ~$1 a serving, it seems like you're verte of investing on hemp seeds
