I"m 72 and couldn't sleep on my shoulders, until I started taking this. My wedding ring wouldn't slide over my knuckle, and now the ring fits perfectly. I add it to my favorite juice in the morning and it is delicious. I mix it the night before with hot tap water in a small bottle, shake it and leave it overnight. It blends better with the juice in the morning. When I go camping, I take premixed, small bottles of it with me for each day.

excellent product
I am in my 50s and wake up sore and ache. This product helps with the minor aches and pains. When I run out I can definitely feel the difference.
I add it to my morning smoothy.

Good Product
I've had knee problems for years. Dislocated both knee's at a young age followed up with arthroscopic surgery. Every time I would do squats my knee's would ache for a week. Now, I don't feel anything after a heavy squat day. Amazing stuff.
