Creatine ATP is an ideal post-workout recovery formula for replenishing lost energy and supporting increased strength and lean muscle mass development. Each great tasting, easy-tomix serving of Creatine ATP contains 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, an element used in the production of muscular energy, or ATP (adenosine triphosphate) In fact, supplementing with creatine supports an increase in strength, power, force output and cell hydration, resulting in fuller looking muscles.
To quickly and efficiently transport creatine into muscle, replace lost muscle glycogen and preserve muscle proteins, each serving of Creatine ATP also includes 37 grams of simple carbohydrates. Creatine is best absorbed into muscle when ingested with simple carbs, and replenishment of intra-muscular glycogen is necessary for full recovery and optimal energy.

Loading Phase: Take one (1) rounded scoop at regular intervals four (4) times daily. One (1) of the four (4) servings should be taken immediately following exercise. Continue on this regimen for five (5) consecutive days.
Maintenance Phase: Take one (1) rounded scoop daily immediately following exercise to maintain the benefits of creatine monohydrate.
Mixing Instructions: Mix three (3) rounded scoop (64g) with 1 cup, 8 fluid ounces of any high-glycemic (high sugar), low acid juice or beverage (grape juice, apple juice, etc.) Avoid mixing creatine monohydrate with any hot beverages, acidic beverages (orange juice, grapefruit juice) and caffeine containing beverages as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. Increase your intake of fluids (water) while taking this product.
