My thyroid stopped producing a sufficient amount of available thyroxine several years ago. This supplement has been a lifesaver. Without insurance, I had to self diagnose and find a solution. I was in bad shape. Severe depression, extreme sensitivity to cold, no energy and then my hair started falling out by the bushel. That’s when I realized it was my thyroid. Initially I ended up settling on a four capsule a day regimen that helped all my symptoms plus I lost a little weight. Recently, 8 or so years in I have bumped dosage up to 6 a day which keeps my numbers within the “normal “ range according to the last thyroid test I got done at my doctors’s. I would start with 2 a day if your low thyroid symptoms are mild.

Excellent product
Ive been using this product for over 6 months along with iodine and it has been absolutely phenomenal! I will continue to use this and highly recommend it.

as good as what I had been taking
I've been taking this for more than 6 months and my blood work shows that it is as good as the Armour thyroid I had been taking for years. An excellent product.
