(Adults) ESSIAC PREPARATION:
1. Add one unit of ESSIAC (1.5 oz) to 88 fl oz (2.5 liters) of water with preferred stainless steel.
2. Bring ESSIAC to boil then reduce to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep pot covered.
3. Remove from heat, keep covered and let stand for 4 hours to increase potency.
4. Bring ESSIAC to boil again and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, let cool down and put in sterilized containers that have good tight lids.
6. Put containers in fridge to let settle overnight. Do not freeze or microwave.

Take 2 fl oz twice daily for daily use. One hour before or after meals. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
REFRIGERATE AFTER USE.
