Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Metamyosyn HPP Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Isolate, Dried Egg White, L-Glutamine), Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Corn Starch, Flaxseed, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Soy Lecithin.
ご使用方法
1. Blend 2 scoops (57g)(makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. For 3 scoops (86g)(makes about 4 pancakes) mix with 1/2 cup of water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300'F griddle.
3. Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
