The "SUPER" in Super Bio C Buffered is true.
Solaray has really centered their Super Health products on this one. Theres so much to say about this particular product formulation. The main thing is that ever since 2+ years ago when I first upped my daily Super Bio C from 2 grams 2000 mg daily to 4 to 7 grams daily throughout the day and evening, I havent had a cold or flu - except once. On that one time, I quickly saw the symptoms coming and I increased my intake of this product faithfully to 1-1/2 grams 1500 mg about every 2 hours throughout the day and evening. Then, when I awakened during the night to hit the bathroom twice that night, I took 1500 mg each time. By the next morning all was well but I kept the increased dosage of Super Bio C at that higher amount for 3 days longer. After that, I returned to my lower dosage and ever since then — now about two years later — I havent even had one little annoyance of an infection! Amazing! Super Bio C is a unique formulation - thanks Solaray.

Good Stuff and Convenient
These Super Bio C provide all the Vitamin C I need while buffered enough so its easy on my sensitive stomach. I know its strange, but I do feel the difference when I stop taking my daily Vitamin C. Somehow my body can tell when its lacking. Easy to swallow, I take 1 or 2 or 3 as needed.
