For the most effective results, dissolve 1-3 cups into a warm bath or foot bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm (101F to 105F) rather than hot for best absorption into the skin. After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water. Dab skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
