Incredible in my Weight Loss Journey
This has been a staple in my weight loss journey. I put one tablespoon in a Plain, Fat Free Yogurt every morning and put into a fruit salad. One Point on Weight Watchers and delicious without the add sugar in the fruited yogurts.
This stuff is great to throw in a smoothie with a frozen banana and some milk, oats...whatever else you want. It gives you the great taste of peanut butter with a lot less fat and calories. My husband and I love it!
