Great for Inflammation & Arthritic Pain
After about one month of adding turmeric to my daily morning smoothie I noticed the pain in my hands was completely gone. I am 43 and workout daily and was experiencing pain in my hands which affected my grip to do pull-ups, curls, push-ups etc.
Turmeric has an acquired taste but it is worth the results. Check out videos online for other applications. You will love it.
