Arthritis pain gone
My husband and I had terrible arthritis pain. The pain completely disappeared within a few hours of starting this product. We'd tried a different product from a local health food store, that wasn't nearly as effective.

Curcumin
I had horrific joint problems to the point surgery was suggested. Started this stuff and problems are nil, workouts best ever. Purest stuff out there this company is the best...use them for other stuff too.

Effective for glucose control
This product does help control blood glucose. Take 4 capsules 10 minutes before eating a meal that contains carbohydrates. Take it with enough water that will move them into the small intestine. Taken with green coffee bean extract, one cap, and you will have good coverage. Just dont consume anything with high fructose corn syrup, or similar additives because it is hard to regulate this in your diet.
