I like the Jarrow Xylitol the best. It measures out teaspoon for teaspoon exactly like sugar and has no odd taste or consistency.

Xylitol (ZYE-li-toll) is a natural compound made in the human body and found in many vegetables and fruits. When purified and crystallized, xylitol looks and tastes nearly identical to sugar, but has only a small fraction of the carbohydrate calories and a very low glycemic index.
