Been using only this one specifically for joints and tendons as a post work out or in heavy joint work days, such as long mountain climbings for years. I can feel the difference between when I take it and not, particularly here in Japan where drastic seasonal changes of humidity really affects my ligaments and joints getting me often inflammations. Love the fruits punch!
