This is great stuff, take it 30 mins bf workout, it gives you a bust of energy n help w muscle fatigue. Also help with recovery n diminish muscle soreness. Drink lots of water as it uses it to help rebuild the muscles after the workout.
drink plenty of fluids
The stuff works but will dehydrate you so drink plenty of fluids to compensate or you may get cramps.
Works great for an intense work out session.
The liquid has always worked best for me.
When you buy the liquid, you don't have to load, everyday.You take it when you workout.
I guess it depends on the individual, how their body reacts, and what they are trying to achieve.
The powder did nothing for me.
Buy the monohydrate creatine instead
I've used both the monohydrate powder and the serum. The serum does not contain enough creatine and did not provide any results; read this article - very helpful..
