Banish Workout Soreness
I am a former staff writer at Mike Mentzers WORKOUT! Magazine. I have been interested in sports and fitness forever, but Ive always been plagued by post-workout soreness. This would set me back several days while I recovered. A couple of years ago I purchased some Tart Cherry liquid from the local store because it was free with coupon. A couple of days later I WAY overdid it in the gym. I drank the tart cherry, not expecting anything substantial. To my great surprise I woke up the following day with almost no soreness at all. I purchased the Solaray product and found it equally effective and a lot simpler. I use two after each workout and will never give them up.
