Great to add to salads, smoothies, or just to one tsp in a glass of water. They expand in your in liquids and your stomach which helps to curb overeating.

Great Seeds!
This is the best way to get your fiber. No bloating and if it thickens it stays smooth. Plus it is packed full of nutrients and omegas. Also I have had excellent service with all star health and Now products are great quality and reasonably priced.
