Manufacturer's Directions
Take 2 caplets in the morning and 2 caplets in the afternoon. To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of waer daily while using CE2. On your workout days, take one of your daily doses 30 minutes before your workout. CE2 is ideal to stack with NO2.
