Best supplement for lowering HDL
I have taken 1200 MG twice a day along with 100 mg of coq10--and when taken regularly has lowered my HDL from 150 to 101. It also lowered my total cholesterol from 244 to 168. I have found this product successful and without any noticeable side effects.

Red Yeast Rice vrs. medicine for high cholesterol
I respect my doctor very much. My cholesterol had been going up. but before putting me on medications that would cause bad side effects, he had me try the Red Yeast Rice. My first blood testing after starting it.... my cholesterol was normal. NOW is a great product. And I keep taking my Red Yeast Rice.
