Aches and pains
Since I started using this product I have had less occasion to wear my knee braces while out walking. It took about six months before I noticed my many aches and pains had diminished considerably. I wish I had discovered it years ago.

Hip twinges kept to minimum with this.
Taking 2 - 3 caps every day of this vegan formula works to prevent feeling twinges in hip joints. If I dont re-order before i run out and go without it for 2 weeks - ill likely start to feel twinges again when bending at hips, crouching or using bad body mechanics in lifting. This does take away those twinges if i take daily. Im truly grateful that Now has a vegan formula, made w/ non-gmo corn. I feel pain at thought of consuming a shell-fish-based product - with all those pfas filling up oceans and marine life... If youre trying a glucosamine formula for 1st time - be prepared to take it for 3 - 4 weeks before results are notable.

Takes away the twinges.
Ive used this Now veg/vegan glucosamine for the past 5 years or so. Being a light-weight, 105 ish lbs, I take 1000mg / day, rather than 1500 mg recommended. I take it in a.m. along w/ other "empty stomach" probiotics and herb formulae, and wait to eat or drink, except water/ clear herb tea, for at least 1 hour. When Im consistent and take it nearly every day -- it keeps my arthritic twinges in hips, low-back and knees, away !

No join pain ever again
After taking these capsules for 3 month I forgot about my knee and hands pain..

Great product
My mom has been taking this for years and also her friends. They love it because it truly help with the joint discomfort.
