To experience the full power of naNO Vapor Hardcore Pro Series, take 3 scoops (3 servings) mixed with 12 oz. of cold water 30 minutes before your daily workout. Due to the extreme potency of this formula, asses your tolerance first by mixing 1 serving in 4 oz. of cold water and downing it about 30 minutes before your daily workout. Then increase dosage to 2 and then to 3. Do not exceed 3 scoops in a 24-hour period.
