Excellent
The perfect product for skinny guys. Mix with organic whole milk, and Boom! No workout is wasted. Great with water, also. I mix 4 ounces of milk and the rest water.

Tall and Skinny, No Problem!
Im 6'2, 177. After doing a 6 pound bag and a month later of this stuff I am 190 solid now. I did 4 scoops 17oz water twice a day for a month and my own wife thought I was doing steroids! You see results very fast.The only thing that sucks about this product is how much it cost. Still cant wait for next cycle.

Good Stuff...if you're consistent.
I've used all the big gainers for years now, but just recently tried Monster Mass. I give it 4 stars because it's good, but I always think there's room for improvement (either in quality or price).
Started with the Vanilla Creme flavor and now I am on my second jug, the Cake Batter. In my opinion, there's not much difference on taste, except maybe the aftertaste. If you're getting tired of chocolate or banana, try one of these. Decent flavor, decent aftertaste, easily digestible. I am in my early 30's, 6'0", 200lbs, fairly lean, been training hard for 14 years. This product is exactly what my body needs for calories, recovery, AND gains. I see best results using 4 scoops twice per day (one dose an hour pre-workout, and another at some other point during the day between meals). It does not "replace" any of my meals. It is an additional meal. If you only use this occasionally, you'll still get good nutritional value out of it, but inconsistency in any aspect of your training and nutrition will lead to stagnation. Be consistent. Good ratios of fats, carbs, and proteins.
For those of you who have trouble making gains, you have to understand your activity levels and know the most crucial element which is the hardest to learn - REST. As an ectomorph, working out 6 days per week will only burn up the fuel you're eating. It was very difficult for me in my early 20's to learn to rest because I always had energy and crazy youthful testosterone. I thought I could just eat my butt off and grow, but it didn't work that way for me. Resting more meant I could train harder and grow. But you still gotta be consistent with your nutrient intake on your rest days! Nothing wrong with a mass gainer when it is good quality and not just packed with 70% or more maltodextrin like a lot of other cheap crummy gainers are.

MONSTER MASS = for the Ectos!
This Stuff is amazing! Like most high quality gainers, it tastes nothing like a protein shake. I normally have 'milk and sugar digestion problems' with other gainers, but with this one I don't have any adverse effects. I loved all the flavors, but I keep coming back to Chocolate.
If you're a tall ectomorph who burns calories/carbs/fat like a v12 engine burns petrol, this is the protein shake for you.
