Manufacturer's Directions
Dissolve one serving of Flash Point in your mouth twice daily. Refer to the chart on box to determine your serving size. Take the first serving upon waking and another serving 6-8 hours later. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Do not take more than 10 melt tabs in a 24-hour period.
