Manufacturer's Directions
Shake well. Snap down the insert. Dispense 1.3ml under the tongue. Hold the contents under your tongue for 60 seconds, then swish the contents around your mouth and swallow completely. Use 3 doses per day. Example: 1.3ml upon waking, 1.3ml before dinner and 1.3ml before bed. Wait at least 15 minutes between doses.
