Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, NMDA may be taken 2-3 times daily. To assess for tolerance, begin use by taking 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily. The first dose should be taken in the AM before breakfast, the second dose before lunch and the final dose before dinner. Very experienced users may take 2-3 capsules, 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed recommended dose.
