As a dietary supplement, take STACKED NO 30 minutes prior to training or first thing in the morning on non-training days. Those with a bodyweight under 185lb should consume 3 caps while those with a bodyweight over 185lbs should consume 6 caps. STACKED NO is a highly concentrated and potent formula, DO NOT exceed more than 6 caps in a 24 hour period. STACKED NO should be used in conjunction with a proper exercise and nutrition regimen.
