Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 7 capsules once daily after morning meal along with 16-20 oz. of water. Drink at least 1 gallon (3.78 liters) of water daily to prevent dehydration. DO NOT EXCEED 7 CAPSULES IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD!
