Texture "tightness" increases as temperature of the water or milk decreases, so very cold milk or water produces a quicker, tighter gel. Increasing the volume of milk or water always thins out the final product while decreasing the volume of milk or water always thickens the final product.
MIXING GUIDE:
5 fl oz. milk/water + 1 scoop mix = pudding texture.
7 fl oz. milk/water + 1 scoop mix = thick shake texture.
12 fl oz. milk/water + 1 scoop mix = thin shake.
